Cybersec
VT Cyber is a partner of the CyberSec project – the National Center for Secure Digital Transformation.

The CyberSec project is a specialized European Digital Innovation Hub (EDIH) focused on cybersecurity.

The primary objective of the Center is to provide small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), as well as public and local government institutions, with a portfolio of services enabling secure operations in a fully digitized environment and the implementation of technologically mature solutions that are resilient to advanced cyberattacks.

The CyberSec project – National Center for Secure Digital Transformation is funded by the European Union.

The Center delivers cybersecurity services in the following categories:

  1. Consulting and advisory services tailored to specific telecommunications infrastructures (owned by the service user). These services aim to ensure the highest level of protection for the designated infrastructure, enabling organizations operating in a digitized environment to remain resilient to cybersecurity threats.
  2. Services supporting the development of innovative digital solutions created by EDIH clients, ensuring a high level of resilience to cyberattacks by incorporating security into the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC – Secure Development Life Cycle)..
  3. Security management and monitoring services, as well as proactive prevention of unauthorized access attempts (SOC – Security Operations Center).

The project is coordinated by the Poznań Supercomputing and Networking Center..

The project’s outcomes include enhancing the resilience of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to cyberattacks and increasing their competitiveness in the digital space.

The service is provided under two programs: Priority II of the European Funds for a Modern Economy 2021-2027 (FENG) and the Digital Europe Programme 2021-2027 – an initiative of the European Digital Innovation Hubs (EDIH). The service is free for SMEs and constitutes de minimis aid.

As part of the CyberSec project, VT Cyber offers the Cyber.Lab service.

Within the scope of this service, VT Cyber provides qualified small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) with free support, including:

  1. Inventory and preliminary audit of the enterprise’s existing IT system security measures, concluded with an initial report,
  2. Installation of software from a leading global manufacturer dedicated to protecting IT infrastructure (computers and servers within the company),
  3. Continuous 24/7 monitoring of the enterprise’s infrastructure by the SOC (Security Operations Center) team, based on the installed software,
  4. Detection and mitigation of potential threats and security incidents over a period of 3 to 4 months (depending on needs, threat levels, and the number of incidents),
